What you will do

• Manage multiple client accounts, overseeing digital fundraising, advocacy, and engagement strategies across email, paid media, and web.
• Develop campaign strategies, creative direction, budgets, and production schedules to drive revenue.
• Present strategy and performance insights to clients to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality digital campaigns on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Digital Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers.
• Analyze campaign results and monitor performance to inform future reporting and strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing digital fundraising or digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with email platforms and fundraising CRMs (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, EveryAction, Classy, Fundraise Up).
• Proven ability to interpret digital fundraising metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills and a confident presence in virtual client presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US-based benefits).
