What you will do
- Establish and grow RUCKUS presence among existing and new customers within a specific territory in the CALA region.
- Drive incremental revenue through the management of strategic sales initiatives and pipeline development.
- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns across the defined territory.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with strategic channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion into untapped markets.
- Develop detailed account plans for large, high-value recurrent accounts.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of in-person selling experience with enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, LAN, and AI-driven platforms.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale network infrastructure projects in Brazilian verticals (Agribusiness, Manufacturing & Logistics, Healthcare, Higher Education).
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.
- Technical knowledge of LAN/WLAN technologies and the competitive landscape.

- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications for daily activity management.
