TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Maryland, USA. This role requires 70-75% travel and 4 days a week in the office.

What you will do
- Manage and develop a large set of assigned dealer accounts to increase product sales and productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the dealer network to resolve obstacles.
- Initiate and execute on-site product training activities for dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Dealer Operations, Sales Support, and Marketing to coordinate sales efforts.
- Provide weekly account and sales activity reports to management.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior sales staff and inside sales team members.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales.
- Must reside within the assigned territory (Maryland).
- Proven history of client management, business development, and revenue growth.
- Ability to meet heavy travel demands (approx. 70%).
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
