What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and a product designer to set priorities and manage the roadmap.
• Own the product strategy for survey, heat loss, and design tooling across UK, Germany, and Italy markets.
• Develop an accuracy-and-learning loop using installation telemetry to measure and reduce heat loss estimation errors.
• Become a domain expert in heat loss calculations, balancing regulatory requirements with business goals.
• Act as the bridge between technical development and the field reality of Design Engineers.
• Define success metrics and drive the adoption of tools across all user groups and markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with quantitative, calculation-driven domains and complex technical products.
• Strong data and analytics instincts for defining metrics and driving decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Academic background in thermodynamics.
• Experience building tools for field-based or operational workforces.
• Proficiency in German or Italian.
