Product Manager - Email (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for email products across Loopia, WebSupport, and Active24.
• Act as the primary product voice in cross-functional discussions with commercial, customer success, and IT teams.
• Manage relationships and escalations with third-party providers.
• Lead platform integration and migration projects, translating technical complexity into clear decisions.
• Run sprint ceremonies and quarterly planning in collaboration with engineering leads.
• Contribute to the wider product unit vision and maintain up-to-date product documentation.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Manager in email, domains, or hosting environments.
• Practical proficiency in using AI tools in day-to-day product work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Proven experience managing product integrations or migrations with evolving scopes.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Legal eligibility to work in a European country.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Swedish, Slovak, Czech, or Hungarian languages.
