What you will do
- Define and govern the organization’s Enterprise Architecture strategy, principles, and target state.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Process Engineers.
- Manage the development of architecture artefacts, including business capability models, application and data architectures, and technology landscapes.
- Take ownership of detailed process map libraries across business units to ensure uniformity and accessibility.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Technology leadership to align architecture with delivery portfolios.
- Establish architecture governance processes and provide assurance for major transformation programmes.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in Enterprise Architecture within a complex organization.
- Proven track record of building and leading architecture and process engineering teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modelling techniques.
- Experience with EA and process modelling tools such as Ardox, Leanix, or Aris.
- Strong understanding of how architecture supports Agile and product-led delivery models.
- Must be based in the UK and able to attend London or Manchester hubs at least 40% of the time.
