What you will do

• Define and drive the end-to-end architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with the Tribe's vision.
• Design tribe products and solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements for performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the Tribe Lead to balance customer value against technical debt and KPI targets.
• Own business capabilities and ensure alignment with the overall pan-BT architecture framework.
• Promote cloud-native guardrails and empathy-driven design for customer-centric products.
• Manage the MTP process to secure necessary funding for architectural advancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior architecture role within an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Data Architecture, focusing on data scalability and domain-driven design.
• Expert-level stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage from junior developers to the CEO.
• Experience creating comprehensive roadmaps that articulate technical, commercial, and business impacts.
• Ability to lead and mentor data architects, engineers, and analysts within the Tribe.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile planning and the SAFe framework.
• TOGAF certification.
