What you will do
- Design and build multi-level billing and cost attribution pipelines that ingest raw GCP data.
- Develop self-serve cost reporting dashboards and anomaly detection systems for cloud usage.
- Implement automated resource rightsizing and waste reduction tooling.
- Build a Just-In-Time (JIT) access request system and self-service credential management to replace standing IAM privileges.
- Own projects end-to-end from initial design and implementation to rollout and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in platform or infrastructure tooling.
- Strong backend engineering skills in Go, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS.
- Experience designing data pipelines or backend services for large datasets.
- Solid understanding of cloud security: IAM, RBAC/ABAC, and secrets management.
- Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience building FinOps, cost management, or billing systems.
- Knowledge of access control systems (JIT, PAM, ABAC/RBAC frameworks).
- Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault and GitLab CI/CD administration.
- Experience with Kubernetes resource management, autoscaling, or rightsizing tools.
