What you will do

• Manage and scale the platform infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts and regions.
• Design and maintain complex networking, security configurations, and service mesh architectures.
• Ensure high availability and resilience for critical banking services using Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Develop and maintain operational tooling using Go and Python to support platform automation.
• Collaborate with feature teams to provide a seamless runtime environment for banking applications.
• Utilize AI as a supporting tool to solve complex engineering challenges and improve productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for regular office attendance.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on quality and testing best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Baseline understanding of AI applications in software development.
• Ability to work across a broad technical stack rather than specializing in a single narrow area.
