What you will do

• Build and operate shared mobile test infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and device farm integration.
• Develop and maintain CLI and developer tooling to support local and CI mobile workflows.
• Design and implement CI/CD quality gating infrastructure to ensure reliable test execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate fragmented mobile workflows into a unified system.
• Build company-wide monitoring and early-warning systems for mobile development failures.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and define best practices for mobile infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• Proven expertise in build and CI/CD systems with deep understanding of pipeline design and large-scale test execution.
• Experience with device farm solutions like BrowserStack.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and scripting languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of mobile build pipelines and tooling like Fastlane, Gradle, or Bazel.
• Strong foundations in computer science and software engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with native (iOS/Android) or cross-platform development approaches like React Native.
