What you will do
- Lead end-to-end instructional design projects from initial discovery and needs analysis to implementation.
- Partner with local and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.
- Design engaging e-learning courses, presentations, facilitator guides, and digital materials.
- Create learner-centered content using established instructional design methodologies and best practices.
- Develop visual concepts and learning assets using professional design and authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex technical topics into engaging content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technologies
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
- Proficiency with graphic design tools
- Experience designing and developing digital learning content.
- Strong instructional design skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
