What you will do

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate learning needs into targeted digital learning solutions.
• Design and implement engaging eLearning courses and multimedia assets using Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Support reporting and learning analytics within the Docebo LMS to track learner engagement and effectiveness.
• Regularly review and update content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Embed digital learning within blended learning programs and broader training initiatives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues involved in digital learning content design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital learning design and development for customers or end-users.
• Strong expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and multimedia creation.
• Sound understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience working with learning data, reports, and dashboards to evaluate effectiveness.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple content streams.
• Must be based in or able to work in Mechelen, Belgium (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Accountancy qualification or experience in the accounting software industry.
