What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing global sales team targeting 's most strategic accounts.
- Define the global strategy for customer identification, prioritization, and conversion of custom opportunities.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, and automotive leaders.
- Lead complex deal strategies, commercial negotiations, and business case development over long sales cycles.
- Partner with internal executive leadership to shape profitable and scalable custom silicon solutions.
- Translate market ligence and competitive insights into strategic planning and portfolio decisions.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, or complex silicon solution sales.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading senior or specialist sales talent.
- Deep knowledge of the ASIC market landscape, customer decision criteria, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong financial acumen, including investment case development and margin analysis.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Experience with hyperscale, cloud, data center, networking, or high-performance computing customers.
- Understanding of NRE structures, wafer supply, packaging, and yield considerations.
- Experience scaling geographically distributed sales teams.
