What you will do

• Partner with sales executives to identify and solve complex customer technical challenges.
• Optimize system architectures using hirify.global solutions for electromagnetic, thermal, and IC design.
• Foster long-term relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure roadmap alignment.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable technical solutions for diverse audiences.
• Provide expert guidance on trade-offs in integration, packaging, and signal integrity.

Requirements

• BSEE degree required (MSEE highly desirable)
• 5-10 years of experience in Mixed Signal or Custom IC engineering
• Deep understanding of EDA tools, IP, and semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems.
• Proficiency with CAE systems including Matlab, Ansys, ADS, Virtuoso, and Spectre.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within Western North America
