TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define and execute global account strategies to drive consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-level customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units including Application Engineering, Product Engineering, and R&D.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing complex contracts.
  • Present strategic account plans, forecasts, and business requests to executive management.
  • Actively engage in winning market share and securing large-scale deals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Silicon Valley, San Diego, or Austin.
  • 10+ years of successful account management experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of closing complex multimillion-dollar contracts and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Deep understanding of SoC design processes and the customer ecosystem.
  • Ability to engage high-level executive and engineering management.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
