What you will do
- Lead the Americas Central Region team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop high-performance sales teams focused on funnel creation, design wins, and revenue growth.
- Cultivate value-driven relationships with distribution channel partners to scale results.
- Establish executive-level relationships at key named accounts to secure product design-ins.
- Collaborate with peer leadership to harmonize the broader Americas sales strategy.
- Manage escalations and communicate strategic, technical, and financial topics to executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
- 5+ years of semiconductor sales management experience in competitive environments.
- Proven track record of leading quota-carrying sales teams.
- BSEE or MSEE degree required.
- Ability to travel 40% or more.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Model N.
