What you will do
- Execute the regional commercial growth strategy for the US and deliver the annual operating plan.
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships with senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop account plans and run value selling, including contract negotiation, pricing, and margin management.
- Own customer pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring proper sales tools/process discipline and order-to-cash handoff.
- Lead value-based pricing initiatives and translate market/customer/competitor/regulatory and ESG changes into action plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Supply Chain/Operations, and Finance to ensure availability and launch new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Mid-career experience in sales with deal-making responsibility and regional go-to-market execution.
- Proven ability to develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing and margins.
- Experience with CRM pipeline management and forecasting (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Strong cross-functional influence across product, operations/supply chain, and finance to drive execution.
- Ability to monitor performance vs plan and adjust strategy based on market and pipeline signals.
