What you will do
- Create scalable software platforms and applications using JVM languages, ensuring high quality through unit testing and code reviews.
- Plan and execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects following company standards.
- Design and build automation tools and frameworks for deployment, management, and monitoring of 24x7 services.
- Identify system flaws and implement solutions to improve service uptime and reduce time-to-resolve.
- Develop distributed applications applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
- Collaborate within a cross-border Agile/Scrum squad to deliver features from a prioritized backlog.
Requirements
- Experience: minimum 3 years of professional software engineering.
- Proficiency in JVM languages (Kotlin, Java, or Scala).
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases such as Cassandra or SQL Server.
- Experience with container orchestration (OpenShift or similar) and async communication (Kafka).
- English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an IT-related field.
Nice to have
- Experience building OAuth2 or OpenID clients.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
- Experience working within distributed teams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
