Location: Must be commutable to Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid: 1-2 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Evaluate, scope, and build features to protect business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to define and realize product goals.
- Work with the Architecture team to advance platform maturity and system design.
- Improve quality engineering processes and ensure secure system architectures.
- Troubleshoot production environments using modern observability tools.
- Utilize AI tooling to optimize and accelerate development workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of solid programming experience with Java.
- 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Micronaut frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Hibernate.
- 3+ years of experience contributing to system design, architecture, and scaling.
- Must be commutable to Bucharest for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kotlin or Python.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience with GraalVM for performance optimization.
- Background in secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) best practices.
- Experience with data-extraction agents or complex system integrations.
