What you will do

• Maintain and monitor liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Improve the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet risk and return profiles.
• Support the local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with regulators and the Board.
• Ensure treasury operations and risk management comply with group policies.
• Collaborate with Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Serve as a key member of the local assets and liabilities committee.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building treasury processes and controls.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts.
• Understanding of treasury management within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths.
• AMIB Certification Figure 3 or 5 required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Mexican regulations such as CCL, CFEN, ACLME, and ICAP.
• Master’s degree.
• CFA certification.
