Location: Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines. Work schedule: 40 hours/week, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including intake, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
• Recruit for healthcare roles like Patient Care Coordinators and Medical Billing Specialists.
• Recruit for customer service and generalist roles including Executive Assistants and Operations.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define success profiles and manage expectations.
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM data and track role-level KPIs such as time-to-hire.
• Conduct targeted sourcing for niche or time-sensitive roles using LinkedIn and automation tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for healthcare and customer service roles.
• Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines.
• Clear, structured written and verbal English communication.
• Experience recruiting for US-based clients.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
