What you will do

• Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across various platforms.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct phone screenings and structured initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and handle recruitment logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data within the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
