TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman and available to work during EST business hours.

What you will do

  • Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the ATS.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during EST business hours.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and video conferencing tools.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources.
  • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Background in a recruitment agency or staffing environment.
