What you will do
- Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the ATS.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during EST business hours.
- Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and video conferencing tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Experience recruiting for remote or international positions.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Background in a recruitment agency or staffing environment.
