• Utilize Apploi and internal systems to track candidates and manage the pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
