What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria and hiring strategies.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach to offer presentation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate hiring workflows and data within various ATS platforms.
  • Provide market insights and regular reporting on recruitment metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Proven expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Boolean search and outbound recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Must be located in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica.

Nice to have

  • Experience in agency or high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Background in SaaS, Finance, or Professional Services hiring.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring compliance.
