What you will do
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria and hiring strategies.
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach to offer presentation and closing.
- Maintain accurate hiring workflows and data within various ATS platforms.
- Provide market insights and regular reporting on recruitment metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Proven expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search and outbound recruiting strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.
- Must be located in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica.
Nice to have
- Experience in agency or high-volume recruiting environments.
- Background in SaaS, Finance, or Professional Services hiring.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring compliance.
