Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite.

What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define requirements and market strategy.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking platforms.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage the recruitment lifecycle within the ATS.
• Engage talent communities through various media and articulate the value proposition.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate successful hires.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and search status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, specifically for blue-collar or manufacturing positions.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
