Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Uruguay). US business hours overlap preferred.

What you will do
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate communication, professionalism, and technical fit.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and pipeline organization.
- Present fully vetted candidate packages including resumes, interview notes, and recordings.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and leadership to align candidate profiles with client expectations.
- Maintain high standards for candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or offshore environments.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as SDRs, EAs, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, or Technical positions.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Must be based in one of the specified LATAM countries.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of searches in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting international remote talent for US-based clients.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or recruiting CRMs.
- Previous experience in staffing, BPO, or offshore recruitment companies.
