What you will do

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate communication, professionalism, and technical fit.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and pipeline organization.
• Present fully vetted candidate packages including resumes, interview notes, and recordings.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and leadership to align candidate profiles with client expectations.
• Maintain high standards for candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or offshore environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as SDRs, EAs, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, or Technical positions.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Must be based in one of the specified LATAM countries.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of searches in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting international remote talent for US-based clients.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or recruiting CRMs.
• Previous experience in staffing, BPO, or offshore recruitment companies.
