What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations roles
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and Boolean search
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate roles and draft job descriptions
• Drive continuous improvements in hiring processes and operational excellence
• Support employer branding initiatives and create candidate-facing content
• Maintain long-term talent pools for critical and niche roles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in SaaS or fast-paced tech
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment across various functions
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and proactive talent engagement
• Experience working in complex, scaling, and global environments
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions
• Experience scaling recruitment during hyper-growth phases
• Background in employer branding campaigns and social presence
