What you will do

• Coordinate with the GTM Enablement team on projects requiring tools and technology.
• Partner with Sales Ops and IT to track tool releases, enhancements, and the GTM technology roadmap.
• Own and optimize readiness tools including Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and content management platforms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce to drive adoption and process improvements.
• Track readiness KPIs, adoption metrics, and seller feedback to refine enablement strategies.
• Create and deliver clear communications and training presentations tailored to various audience levels.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Gong and Salesforce is essential.
• Experience in sales enablement or training within a B2B DaaS or SaaS organization.
• Proven success designing and delivering skills-focused learning for quota-carrying sellers.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience leading live sessions.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
• Project and stakeholder management experience in a matrixed organization.
