Director, GTM Strategy & Planning (SaaS): Leading the team responsible for GTM strategy, coverage models, and revenue team segmentation with an accent on annual financial planning and aligning combined revenue organizations. Focus on designing global quota-setting processes, optimizing territory planning, and implementing AI-driven productivity improvements.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in or be able to work from Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York offices (minimum 2 days per week in-office).
Salary: $168,674 — $210,842.50 USD

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of GTM strategy and planning professionals.
- Drive the annual and ongoing GTM planning cycle in partnership with the CRO, CMO, and Finance.
- Own the annual and in-year headcount planning process, translating strategic priorities into capacity models.
- Design and execute global quota-setting and territory planning processes for existing and expansion segments.
- Drive strategic decisions on market segmentation, revenue team structure, and coverage model design.
- Identify and implement AI use cases to materially improve GTM productivity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue strategy, or management consulting in B2B SaaS.
- 4+ years of experience managing and developing a team.
- Demonstrated experience owning quota design, territory planning, and headcount modeling at scale.
- Deep knowledge of consumption-based B2B SaaS GTM models and segmentation frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen for building complex models.
- Proven ability to operate at the executive level and influence senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in data infrastructure, analytics, or adjacent technology categories.
- Background in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).
- Experience scaling a GTM strategy function during periods of rapid organizational growth.
