What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end execution of SDR onboarding for multiple overlapping cohorts.
  • Develop foundational skills in cold-calling, emailing, and objection handling to drive high-quality meetings.
  • Coordinate and execute concurrent enablement projects, including playbook updates and tech rollouts.
  • Create and maintain structured resources such as talk tracks, sequence templates, and workflow guides.
  • Train the team on the SDR tech stack, including Salesforce, Nooks, and ZoomInfo, while tracking compliance.
  • Analyze data and LMS metrics to optimize onboarding ramp times and identify upskilling needs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 1–2 years of experience in sales enablement, as a high-performing SDR/BDR, or in B2B SaaS project management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects or cohorts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with modern inbound/outbound sales methodologies and pipeline generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for running high-energy workshops.
