What you will do

  • Drive and optimize global repair, refurbishment, and technical service operations across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
  • Manage the global technical service operational budget and support vendor pricing and procurement activities.
  • Lead the Circular Economy & 3R Strategy to improve refurbishment yields and reduce Beyond Economical Repair (BER) scrap rates.
  • Oversee and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and operational KPIs across global external partners.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve product serviceability during development.
  • Develop standardized repair processes, SOPs, technical documentation, and global training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Audio Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in technical service, repair operations, or after-sales support within hardware or consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of managing global service partners and vendors in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and operational KPIs.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
