What you will do

• Own module performance across safety, quality, output, and equipment metrics.
• Sustain and optimize processes to ensure stable, repeatable, and high-quality output.
• Apply statistical methods and data analysis to reduce variation and strengthen process control.
• Lead structured problem solving and partner with 24/7 technician teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the global Virtual Factory network to align standards and deploy best practices.
• Support technology ramps, tool installations, and transitions to high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• Level 8 qualification (Bachelor's degree) in a STEM discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics).
• 1+ years of experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments (or a Master's degree).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP or SQL and familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work from Leixlip, Ireland, with a minimum of 4 days per week on site.

• Experience with data mining or advanced analytics techniques.
