What you will do

• Lead business development and identify opportunities for securing future work in the Irish Water sector.
• Manage high-value bids and proposals exceeding €400k, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Act as Project Director for large packages of work, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Take accountability for the financial management of a significant project portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership, share knowledge internally, and represent the company at industry events.
• Lead and mentor a team, managing workflow and backlog for the sector.

Requirements

• Substantial track record of sales, bid management, and project delivery, specifically in the Water sector in Ireland.
• Extensive experience managing a portfolio of client relationships.
• Strong awareness of commercial and contract management.
• Experience with both occupational and technical safety on engineering projects.
• Relevant degree and professional chartership or equivalent qualification.
