What you will do

• Oversee HVAC design, installation, and commissioning for high-value capital projects.
• Manage BIM and develop technical specifications including P&IDs and equipment sizing.
• Act as the subject matter expert for HVAC, air handling units (AHU), and refrigeration systems.
• Ensure HVAC system design compliance with ISO cleanroom classifications.
• Lead and coach teams for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Manage commissioning and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC systems for pharma/biotech facilities.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 14644, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to manage contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Expertise in HVAC systems specifically for cleanroom environments.
