TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (SaaS): Managing large volumes of customer contracts and renewal transactions with an accent on value-driven conversations and revenue maximization. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating customer risk, and coordinating cross-functionally with sales and legal teams.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (On-site Wednesday and Thursday)

What you will do

  • Manage the customer lifecycle including forecasting, opportunity management, quoting, and agreement negotiations.
  • Support, manage, and close renewal transactions for a high-volume portfolio of accounts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the customer base using digital and data-oriented strategies.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and maximize upselling and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal teams to maximize renewal forecasts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of related or equivalent experience or a Bachelor’s/Advanced degree.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS renewal motions and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Background in business development, sales, or scale customer success.
  • Ability to utilize various communication methods, including outbound calls, emails, virtual meetings, and webinars.
  • Must be able to work from the Dublin office every Wednesday and Thursday.
