TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing strategic relationships with security leaders to ensure product value and maximize retention with an accent on cybersecurity posture and B2B account growth. Focus on driving renewal rates, coordinating technical resources, and aligning MDR services with customer business goals.

Location: Fully remote within the Republic of Ireland; monthly in-person collaboration in Dublin

Salary: €57,100 - €82,800 + bonus and equity

What you will do

  • Drive renewal rates toward 95%+ by building genuine relationships and delivering measurable value to B2B customers.
  • Lead business reviews with CISOs and budget holders to align hirify.global's work with the customer's strategic security goals.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities, including cross-sells and upsells, for hand-off to Account Executives.
  • Orchestrate internal resources (Security Solutions Engineers, Technical Support, and Product) to resolve customer needs.
  • Manage the relationship and maintain customer stability during security incidents in coordination with the SOC.
  • Forecast renewals accurately and participate in an on-call rotation for escalations.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Republic of Ireland at the time of appointment (no sponsorship provided).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • 2+ years of experience in the security industry (Operations, Consulting, GRC, Incident Response, or Product).
  • Proven track record of driving retention and spotting growth opportunities in B2B environments.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, including MDR, EDR, SIEM, and NDR.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF) and the attack lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's degree.
