What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, covering onboarding, trial experience, and feature adoption.
• Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to align onboarding and trial flows.
• Drive technical decision-making for the activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
• Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback and perform churn analysis.
• Drive native integrations with third-party developer platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong background and demonstrated experience with Product Led Growth (PLG).
• Proven track record of shipping self-service trials for cloud services.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions and adoption analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams asynchronously.
• Must be based in Norway (or have valid work authorization for this location).

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hirify.globalsearch or similar search and database technologies.
• Professional background in product marketing.
• Experience working with cloud service provider marketplaces.
