What you will do

• Oversee the qualification of manufacturing ramps into high-volume production to ensure product and process reliability.
• Specify inspection and testing mechanisms, conduct quality assessments, and audit processes for compliance.
• Develop and monitor health and performance indicators to drive cost optimization and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead excursion management, including early detection, containment, and risk assessment of discrepancies.
• Manage change control and supplier audits while driving continuous improvement efforts.
• Synthesize structured and unstructured data using statistics and machine learning to make data-driven dispositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 0-1+ years of professional experience (or 0 years with a Master's degree in engineering).
• Experience in cross-functional team projects.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated execution of complex manufacturing ramps or projects.
• Work Model: This role requires a full on-site presence in Chengdu, PRC.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in reliability fundamentals, statistics, and modeling and measurement techniques.
• Technical expertise in failure mode analysis and group problem-solving methodologies.
