What you will do

• Manage, train, and coach the reliability and maintenance team, implementing Up Time Elements.
• Drive continuous improvement of equipment reliability by focusing on reducing Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
• Ensure full compliance of the Preventive Maintenance program aligned with production control.
• Analyze costs of reliability and maintenance activities to improve value and operational flexibility.
• Assure safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations, assisting in area safety analysis and investigations.
• Participate in daily production meetings to drive resolutions for safety, quality, and reliability issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in equipment design, project engineering, and use of computerized maintenance management programs (e.g., SAP-PM).
• Fundamental understanding of industrial equipment and knowledge of predictive maintenance and planning/scheduling.
• Proven leadership, coaching (Servant Leader), and problem-solving skills.
