What you will do

• Perform daily inspections, lubrication, and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose initial equipment failures and track downtime data to calculate MTBF and MTTR metrics.
• Manage spare parts consumption and maintain accurate inventory ledgers.
• Assist in reducing downtime and scrap rates related to wire breakage and production fluctuations.
• Organize and update technical documentation, including SOPs, inspection checklists, and PM plans.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor with a strong hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically for data statistics and reporting.
• Strong safety awareness and sense of ownership.
• Basic ability to read electrical or mechanical drawings.
