What you will do

• Lead supplier audits and drive targeted improvement actions to meet quality and project expectations.
• Develop and own supplier validation plans to ensure measurable performance progress.
• Track supplier performance using data, audits, and stakeholder inputs.
• Resolve systemic supplier issues through root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions.
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with Projects and Sourcing teams to ensure adherence to contracts and special specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supplier development, auditing, and technical training.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
