What you will do

• Map qualitative and quantitative user needs to identify critical improvement opportunities.
• Formulate clear user, business, and IT requirements in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
• Drive data-driven decisions to create measurable impact on customer value and business results.
• Translate improvement opportunities into concrete solutions and guide their realization from idea to go-live.
• Engage stakeholders to safeguard the balance between customer needs, business goals, regulations, and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an SAP consultant.
• Fluent Dutch and English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of SAP CML and CMS.
• Experience workhirify.global with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Affinity with commercial lendhirify.global or real estate finance.
