What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement payment improvements based on fact-based customer insights.
• Process, interpret, and document business processes, products, and software through data analysis.
• Ensure BMG complies with the latest payment standards and centralize payments logic.
• Improve customer journey techniques to facilitate immediate fulfillment of customer requests.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary squad and business representatives to implement successful propositions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Master’s level thinking and strong analytical skills to structure complex problems.
• Knowledge of wholesale banking payments, including Target2, Swift CBPR+, ISO Migration (MTMX), and SEPA.
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery methodology.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of executing multidisciplinary complex deliveries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temenos back-office applications.
• Knowledge of BMG's specific products and processes.
