Recruiter (Turkish & Arabic)

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to determine specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking sites.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from ATS review to candidate evaluation.
• Engage and coach candidates through the interview process and articulate the company value proposition.
• Negotiate offer details and drive candidate acceptance using market data.
• Maintain talent pipelines and provide regular recruiting metrics and reporting to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary or Romania.
• Proficiency in Turkish and Arabic languages.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and ATS tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
