Treasury Manager

Location: Must be based in the Greater Lisbon area (Hybrid: 2 days mobile work per week)

What you will do

• Manage Group cash flow and internal funding activities across the organization.
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast global liquidity positions to support funding decisions.
• Handle bank guarantees, sureties, and FX hedging activities, including hedge accounting.
• Drive the Intercompany Netting process and prepare treasury reporting and liquidity planning.
• Own and optimize the Treasury Management System (Coupa Treasury) as a key user.
• Support the management of international insurance programs, including policy renewals and claims handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Profound experience in Corporate Treasury within a multinational environment.
• English: High command (C1) and German: Minimum B2 level.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with treasury systems; SAP S4HANA is a plus.
