What you will do

• Develop and maintain liquidity risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Set standards for risk appetite, balance sheet management, and funding plans.
• Model liquidity risks under various stress scenarios and calibrate assumptions.
• Monitor risk exposures against internal and regulatory limits and produce MI reports.
• Engage and challenge first-line businesses on emerging liquidity risks and new product assessments.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams to oversee risk-taking activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in liquidity risk management.
• Must be based in France, Lithuania, Portugal, or Spain.
• Expertise in balance sheet dynamics, income statements, and liquidity risk methodologies.
• Proven experience developing and implementing an ILAAP.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and risk-related banking regulations.
• Practical experience with stress testing model development and governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or other scripting languages.
