What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration for Belgium and the Netherlands in accordance with local legislation and labour regulations.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain payroll data, including salaries, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and terminations.
• Perform payroll audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and statutory compliance.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and pension schemes.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits-related queries.
• Participate in payroll-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits administration.
• Experience supporting payroll within an international or multinational environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation, employment law, and compliance requirements.
