What you will do
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships across assigned enterprise accounts in the Netherlands to drive customer satisfaction.
- Own and execute long-term account growth strategy aligned with customers’ business objectives and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Lead complex, end-to-end sales processes by coordinating Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Salesforce Executives, and external partners.
- Create localized territory and go-to-market plans, including building a qualified target account list within the first 30 days.
- Communicate the Salesforce/ value proposition to maximize platform adoption and satisfaction for existing and new customers.
- Drive net-new growth, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives within the enterprise portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build account plans and strategies to achieve enterprise sales objectives by identifying, mapping, and qualifying opportunities.
- Track record of deep discovery to uncover prospects’ friction points, business challenges, and strategic goals using concrete use cases and value hypotheses.
- Ability to tailor solutioning by demonstrating understanding of collaboration, automation, and AI-driven workplace needs.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills for interacting with Dutch business leaders (writing, speech, presentations, and tools like whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
- Results-oriented mindset leveraging internal tools, data, and resources to drive outcomes.
- Strong alignment with enterprise account team and partner ecosystem to support complex deals and ensure customer success.

- Formal training in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Challenger).
- Experience building complex business cases and leading strategic alliances.
