What you will do

  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline of companies for dbt Cloud offerings.
  • Deepen the dbt Cloud footprint within existing accounts to optimize impact.
  • Engage with technology partners and service providers to expand regional reach.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects aimed at improving sales processes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to maintain and evolve the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Dublin.
  • 2+ years of closing experience in technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into consultative sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders ranging from individual developers to CTOs.
  • Experience managing long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams.
  • Willingness to learn SQL.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
  • Knowledge of or experience with dbt.
  • Experience selling into the Benelux region.
